He will be here at the restaurant, asking people about the taste and quality of food and also taking their suggestions, from 5 pm onwards until they close past midnight. At 'Kattanum Puttum,' food is cooked in locally sourced pure coconut oil and Himalayan pink salt, which is the cleanest salt available on earth, is added to the dishes.
What's in a name
Though kattan and puttu are the stars here, a variety of dishes like appam, chappathi, tapioca, spicy fish curry, mutton roast, chicken roast, chicken fry and many more are served at the restaurant. Dal curry, green gram curry and spicy kadala curry (Bengal gram) are the vegetarian options. Hot Kattan would be served along with all the dishes.
