New Delhi: Qatar Museums will present 'Where Cultures Meet: A Photographic Encounter Between Qatar and India' at India Habitat Centre in the national capital from December 17 to January 12. The participating photographers include Hamad Al Shamari and Aisha Al Sadah from Qatar, and Ajeesh Puthiyadath and Salim Abdulla from India.

The exhibition juxtaposes the works of Hamad Al Shamari and Aisha Al Sadah, who travelled to the Himalayan region of Ladakh with Ajeesh Puthiyadath and Salim Abdulla, who are based in Doha and have been documenting life in Qatar.

Through common subjects like architecture, landscape, portraits and street life, the exhibition is an invitation to discover the similarities and differences between both cultures through the eyes of the photographers.
